The White Squirrel Bakery is an artisanal bakery in Exeter Ontario specializing in hand-made from scratch items using locally sourced ingredients. Our menu is always changing with the season, utilizing the freshest possible ingredients.
We have direct relationships with the farms we source our ingredients. We make our sourdough bread from flour milled in Arva and Bayfield, our macarons with eggs directly from Zurich, and our lattes from Miller’s Dairy Jersey Milk in Creemore. We use backyard compostable packaging to reduce waste.
We also have a retail section filled with locally sourced cheeses, beverages, coffees, and other high-end items. If you love to support locally, this is the perfect place for you!
